Dolly’s Garden is a caffeine-free, organic, loose-leaf herbal tea named after my Mama. Just like Mama, this tea supports and comforts. Plus it isn't a pure peppermint tea. The rose softens the blend and the lemon balm brightens.

Tip: Great as a hot or cold brewed tea!

A small ritual note: Put the kettle on and leave your to-do list where it is. Choose the mug that feels best in your hands. Find something lovely to notice while you sip. The laundry can keep its own company for a minute.

Ingredients: Organic lemon balm, organic peppermint, organic pink rose petals.

Steeping guide: Add 1 Tbsp per cup (8 oz) of hot water. Cover. Steep 10–15 min. Leaves may be reinfused once. Longer steeps create a deeper, fuller cup.
